Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive with hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, service agreements, and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), NDAs, and other commercial contracts
• Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate them
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and operations teams
• Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control
• Support in handling client/vendor contract-related queries
• Assist in legal research and compliance-related activities

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in contract drafting and review, especially in SaaS and service agreements
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in night shift (US time zones)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with IT/consulting or SaaS-based companies
• Exposure to international contracts (US/Global clients)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
