Sales Manager / Director – New Business (IT Services)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must currently be based in Dubai)

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager/Director to drive new business acquisition across the UAE & GCC. This is a pure hunter role responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise and mid-market IT services deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise clients across the UAE & GCC.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Sell IT Services, with a preference for Quality Engineering/Software Testing solutions.
- Develop relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Work with pre-sales teams on proposals and RFPs.
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain CRM updates.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of IT Services sales experience in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition (Hunter).
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Strong enterprise network across the GCC.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Arabic is a plus.
