Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

What role you will play in team: You will support the financial planning and analysis team in providing accurate and timely financial information to management.

What you will do: You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, as well as supporting ad-hoc analytical requests. You will assist in preparing financial presentations for stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial reporting systems is a plus.
