Key Responsibilities:

• Apply structured change management methodologies to lead change activities assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance
• Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project plans ensuring alignment across initiatives and supporting seamless execution
• Work with key change sponsors coach senior leaders and C level executives in their sponsor roles and provide direct support to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions
• Identify analyze and mitigate change related risks proactively manage anticipated resistance to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment
• Create actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses communication plans and training plans
• Develop engaging communication collaterals including emailers banners videos and posters to support awareness and engagement
• Support training efforts define and track change KPIs build adoption dashboards monitor progress and manage governance of change activities to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

Technical Requirements:

• Overall experience of 6 7 years with at least 3 4 years of hands on involvement in managing transformation projects across business or technology domains
• Master s degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences
• Ability to influence stakeholders towards a common vision and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers
