Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Lead cybersecurity operations threat detection incident response and vulnerability management to protect organizational assets and data
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance policies standards and control frameworks across the organization
• Partner with business technology risk compliance and audit stakeholders to strengthen security posture and manage cyber risks
• Provide strategic guidance and regular cyber risk reporting to senior leadership and governance committees
• Drive security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of cybersecurity accountability across the organization
• Lead and develop high performing cybersecurity teams while promoting continuous improvement innovation and operational excellence
