Key Responsibilities:
- A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee

- Analyse the issue identified
- Check for logs debug the issue
- Troubleshoot triage the issue
- Coordinate with concern stake holders for issue resolution
- Ensure to restore the service or arrange for remedy
- Open bridge calls for major incidents P1
- Track issues till closure
- Coordinate with required stake holders for root cause corrective preventive actions
