Job Description
Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption across business units. The role demands strong expertise in CRM transformation, agile project management, and stakeholder engagement, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and ecosystem.
Experience: 8 years to 10 years
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Required Skills
- Managing Salesforce CRM projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Copado.
Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud Consultant
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
