Account Executive

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 5 years (Hospital/Healthcare preferred)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Handle statutory compliances including GST filings, TDS returns, PF & ESI contributions, and PT return filings.
• Process e-invoicing for export bills, local sales, and room charges, ensuring accuracy and GST compliance.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit daily room charge reports, including invoicing and reconciliation with accounting records.
• Manage quarterly TDS filings, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines and minimizing compliance risks.
• Generate and review sales invoices and coordinate timely dispatch to clients for effective payment follow-up.
• Regularly communicate with clients and vendors to track outstanding dues and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare deduction calculations and reports for submission to the HR team, supporting accurate payroll deductions.
• Create and share consumption reports and stock summaries with the stores department to support inventory control.
• Assist in monthly account closing activities and audit preparations.
• Handle complete accounting and statutory compliance for group entities,GST, TDS, PT, and bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely payments, proper documentation, and smooth accounting operations.
