Job Description
Job Title: Franchise Manager
Location: Vasundhara Head Office, Ghaziabad
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and convert franchise leads into successful franchise agreements
- Handle end-to-end franchise sales cycle including meetings, follow-ups, and closures
- Conduct presentations and explain business models to prospective partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and launch
- Generate and convert franchise leads into successful franchise agreements

Requirements
- Prior experience in the preschool/education industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel for franchise meetings
