Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our recruitment and interview coordination process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers while also supporting hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate with interviewers and candidates to schedule interviews
? Manage interview calendars and ensure timely confirmations
? Send interview invites, follow-ups, and reminders
? Maintain accurate interview records and candidate status updates
? Support the recruitment process (2030%), including:
- Sourcing profiles

- Coordinating initial HR discussions ? Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience ? Assist in documentation and onboarding coordination
- Requirements: ? Bachelors degree in HR or related field ? 13 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong organizational and time-management abilities ? Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
