About the Internship

Infrabyte Consulting is looking for an HR Intern who is interested in learning core human resources functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, coordination, and HR operations while working closely with the HR team in a remote professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records

• Support onboarding and documentation processes

• Maintain HR databases and reports

• Assist with employee engagement activities

• Support day-to-day HR operations as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HR or people operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and coordination abilities

• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Attention to detail and professionalism

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline

• Freshers interested in HR, recruitment, or people operations
