Drive Logistics Excellence Across India

As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will lead end-to-end logistics operations across India, driving transportation, warehousing, and import/export excellence to ensure products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time.

This role offers the opportunity to influence logistics performance, optimize costs, strengthen customer service, and support supply chain excellence across a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods across plants, warehouses, ports, and customer locations.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive transportation and freight optimization initiatives that enhance service levels while managing logistics costs.
• Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers, warehouse operators, transporters, and freight partners.
• Support import/export operations, customs clearance activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics operations.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in food & beverage, food ingredients/flavours, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, consumer products
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: import/export logistics, customs clearance, transportation, warehouse operations and inventory management, or distribution operations.
• Experience working with logistics service providers, transporters, freight forwarders, or warehouse partners.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to plants and warehouses as required.

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading small operational teams is advantageous.
