Contract Coordinator

As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include managing client Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring their timely signing, loading all SOWs into the HighQ system, identifying and inputting essential metadata points from SOWs into HighQ, conducting basic quality checks on SOWs before system entry, and handling any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While a minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, having some background in working with Life Sciences or Pharma would be advantageous.
