- Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager specializing in Dashboard Development, your primary role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of impactful dashboards and visualizations. In addition to hands-on development tasks, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dashboard developers, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, and fostering innovation in dashboarding solutions. Collaboration with researchers, analysts, and global business leaders will be key in ensuring that our visual outputs provide clarity, impact, and value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of interactive dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of dashboard developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and skill enhancement.
- Translate intricate project requirements into scalable, performance-optimized dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research and client services, to align dashboard outputs with business requirements.
- Supervise version control, documentation, and best-practice deployment pipelines.
- Stay informed about BI and visualization trends, and proactively implement enhancements and innovations.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BI/dashboard development and data engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in people management and team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior stakeholders across different regions.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade dashboards in a global setting.
