Were looking for a Senior Manager – Brand Marketing and Communications who can walk into a room, read a business problem, and walk out with a go-to-market story that sells itself. If youve spent your career sharpening ideas inside an agency, obsessing over the line that lands, and thinking two steps ahead on GTM, this role gives you a brand to shape from the inside.

What Youll Own

• The brands strategic narrative, positioning, and go-to-market plans, end to end
• High-stakes communication that moves people, from campaign copy to leadership decks
• A direct hand in the words and ideas that represent the brand externally
• Cross-functional influence, working closely with creative, client-facing, and leadership teams to keep the brands voice sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up
• Campaign performance and market positioning, with a seat at the table on whats working and what isnt

What You Bring

• 8–12 years in brand marketing, advertising, or communications, agency-side experience strongly preferred
• A track record of thinking strategically about go-to-market, not just executing campaigns
• Writing and communication skills that are genuinely exceptional, this role needs someone who can craft the line, not just brief it out
• The judgment to operate at a strategic level while staying close enough to the work to protect its quality

• An MBA or postgraduate degree from a premier Indian business school
• A portfolio that shows both strategic range and creative craft
