Job Description
- Client coordination & follow-ups: Reach out to clients regularly to collect required documents, statements, and pending information. Proactively follow up on open items and ensure timely responses from clients
- Ownership of requirements tracking: Maintain trackers for client requirements, pending queries, and documentation status. Ensure no requests remain unattended and escalate delays when necessary.
- Client communication: Communicate professionally with US startup founders and finance teams via email and chat. Clearly explain requirements and guide clients on the information needed.
- Operational support: Assist the bookkeeping team by organizing client data, validating received documents, and ensuring completeness. Help prepare and maintain internal workflows and process checklists.

- Process accountability: Ensure timelines are met by proactively managing dependencies. Identify recurring delays or issues and suggest process improvements.
