Presales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Manager to bridge the gap between our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, delivering compelling product demonstrations, designing solution presentations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to customers, partners, and prospects.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Prepare customized presentations, solution proposals, technical documents, and commercial responses.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender documents within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to address customer-specific requirements.
• Demonstrate Innefu products including AI, Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Digital Forensics solutions.
• Support the execution of Proof of Concept (POC) activities and customer evaluations.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Product Management for future enhancements.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 810 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or Product Consulting.
• Strong experience in delivering enterprise software demonstrations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Knowledge of AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or Enterprise Software solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and bid responses.
• Ability to interact with CXOs, Government officials, and Enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Government, Defence, BFSI, or Enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software architecture.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Experience conducting webinars, product launches, and customer workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
