Position Summary

The Management Trainee – Digital Marketing will assist in executing various digital marketing initiatives across different channels. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with a background in digital marketing courses who are eager to learn and contribute to the team’s success. You will collaborate with the digital marketing team to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through online campaigns.

• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).

• Help design and optimize digital ads, social media content, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in data analysis to help optimize future campaigns.

• Support content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all digital content aligns with brand messaging.

• Assist in writing compelling copy for digital ads and social media posts.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help inform campaign strategies.

• Gather insights on customer behavior and digital trends to optimize campaigns.

• Assist in analyzing performance metrics and preparing reports for internal teams.

• Help with SEO optimization tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.

• Assist with managing and analyzing paid search campaigns (PPC).

• Work closely with senior marketing team members to learn about digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas to improve digital marketing efforts.

• Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and is consistent across platforms.

• Help in editing and proofreading content to ensure quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates who have completed any digital marketing course (Certification, degree, or diploma).

• Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• A creative and proactive mindset, with a passion for learning new trends and technologies.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, or content creation is a plus.
