  • We have an exciting opportunity with a leading global organization for the position of Associate IT Asset & Software Licensing Management.
  • Job Highlights:

  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Software Licensing & Compliance Management
  • Inventory Management & Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Advanced MS Excel & Reporting Skills
  • Exposure to Hardware Assets & IT Operations
  • 5 Days Work From Office
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking, transfers, and disposal.
  • Maintain software license inventory and compliance records.
  • Support software audits and license reconciliation activities.
  • Generate asset and license management reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, Procurement, Vendors, and Business teams.
  • Support hardware identification and basic troubleshooting.
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • ITIL
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager)
  • Microsoft Licensing Certifications .
