Associate Director/Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

We are looking for someone with good experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue management, and business partnering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial goals with strategic priorities. Provide actionable insights that influence business direction and growth initiatives.

Financial Planning & Strategic Forecasting:

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models. Translate business strategies into financial outcomes.

Performance Management:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and proactively recommend interventions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Commercial Finance & Growth Enablement:

• Support pricing, deal structuring, and investment decisions with robust financial analysis. Evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Client & Service Line Profitability:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on client and service line margins. Recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve financial returns.
• Revenue Assurance & Cost Governance:

Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking. Drive accountability for cost control across business units.

Data-Driven Decision Support:

• Develop dashboards and financial models to support real-time decision-making. Leverage BI tools to enhance visibility and transparency.

Month-End Close:

• Coordinate with Financial Controllers & corporate finance to ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities.

Financial Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Support risk management and compliance initiatives.
