Founder's Office Associate — AI Generalist & New Products

Full-time. Location: Gurugram, Haryana (must currently be based here). Work mode: Hybrid. Working days/hours: Monday to Saturday. Salary: ₹5-7 LPA. Experience: Demonstrated hands-on project execution.About Innovista LabsInnovista Labs is the parent company of ThePrepLab and undertakes technology projects across different domains. ThePrepLab helps educators create and evaluate assessments, using AI to simplify question extraction, formatting, grading and OMR evaluation. We are building a small team to explore, validate and launch new products at Innovista Labs. You will work directly with the founder, with access to company equipment, AI subscriptions and infrastructure, to turn early ideas into working products.About the roleWork directly with the founder to research, test and launch new product ideas. This is a hands-on generalist role covering customer research, product planning, basic design, launch execution and early growth. You will turn ideas and founder inputs into clear plans, practical experiments and measurable outcomes. A dedicated full-stack developer will handle software development; you will work closely together to move each product from an initial concept to real users.Preferred background: Startup operations, product, growth, or independently executed projects.Key responsibilitiesResearch customer problems, competitors, existing workflows and market opportunities.Speak with potential customers, test assumptions and recommend what to build.Create product briefs, user flows and basic prototypes using AI and design tools.Coordinate with the developer, test releases and gather customer feedback.Create landing-page copy, demonstrations, content and initial marketing experiments.Help acquire and onboard early users, measure results and improve the product.Learn unfamiliar tools and workflows quickly, documenting useful processes.RequirementsLocation: Must currently be based in Gurugram, Haryana and available for regular work from our Gurugram office under a hybrid arrangement.Execution: Evidence of work you personally executed, such as independently launched projects or work in startup operations, product or growth.Skills: Strong research, communication and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working through ambiguity.AI tools: Ability to use AI tools critically and learn unfamiliar tools and workflows quickly.Ownership: Ability to take responsibility and make progress without constant supervision.Strongly preferredCandidates who share an initiative they personally executed, explain their contribution and outcomes, and demonstrate how they used AI tools will be strongly preferred.
