Senior AWS Cloud Engineer / Lead Architect (L2/L3)
    • Experience: 10–12 Years
    • Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (L2/L3) with 10–12 years of experience to bridge deep operational execution (L2: incident response, performance tuning, patching) with strategic architecture (L3: landing zones, multi-account governance, high availability, and DR).
Key Responsibilities
L3 Architecture & Strategy
    • Landing Zone & Governance: Design secure AWS environments using AWS Control Tower, Organizations, and SCPs per the Well-Architected Framework.
    • Migration & DR: Lead cloud migrations (lift-and-shift, re-platforming) and design cross-region DR strategies (Pilot Light, Active-Active).
    • Containerization: Architect microservices platforms using Amazon ECS and EKS.
L2 Operations & Engineering
    • Incident Escalation & RCA: Serve as final escalation for P1/P2 production incidents; lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
    • IaC & Automation: Author and maintain Terraform/CloudFormation modules and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/CodePipeline).
    • Hybrid Networking: Deploy and manage Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPNs, and VPC peering.
    • Security & Observability: Enforce security via KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and WAF; set up full-stack observability with CloudWatch and Prometheus/Grafana.
    • FinOps: Optimize cost via rightsizing, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans.
