Role Overview:

As the HR Head, you wont just fill roles youll shape the DNA of Insomniacs. From talent acquisition and team management to culture building and leadership development, you will be a key pillar in driving our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-spectrum HR functions: hiring, onboarding, talent management, performance evaluation, L&D, and employee engagement.
• Create recruitment strategies that attract high-performing, culture-fit talent.
• Partner with leadership to design organizational structures that enable growth.
• Set up systems for KPIs, employee evaluations, retention, and career progression.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and employer branding.
• Ensure HR policies, labor law compliance, and ethical practices are followed without exceptions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership on all HR matters.

Who You Are:

• 610 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth companies (bonus if youve seen both agency and corporate life).
• Proven experience leading HR teams or major functions independently.
• Sharp understanding of talent needs in creative and performance marketing industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and crisis-management skills.
• Hands-on, solutions-first attitude no bureaucratic thinkers, please.
• Someone who gets our energy, our pace, and our ambition.
