- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, managing all communication and deliverables.
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for design, video, and content teams; track execution closely.
- Develop and suggest creative, research-backed strategies based on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.
- Manage client campaigns, including digital presence, social media initiatives, and creative rollouts.
- Monitor progress daily, share updates, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports, campaign updates, and documentation for leadership and clients.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for payments.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- 24 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, digital trends, and creative communication.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with accountability.
