Job Description

A luxury travel company catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), is looking to hire a Business Development & Client Engagement Manager.

This is a commercial role focused on sales, relationship management, and client acquisition, with some involvement in operational coordination.

The successful candidate will leverage their network within luxury services or private aviation to drive new business and manage high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with UHNW and HNW clientele.
  • Leverage existing relationships within luxury services sectors such as private aviation, concierge, luxury hospitality, or elite lifestyle services.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into high-value travel bookings.
  • Build strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.

  • Manage relationships with UHNW clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand client preferences and curate bespoke luxury travel experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP clientele.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel experiences.
  • Support operational processes where required to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and travel providers to deliver tailored itineraries.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in sales or business development within luxury services.
  • Strong network among UHNW/HNW clients.
  • Background in sectors such as: Private aviation or Luxury concierge services
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating revenue.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Dubai.

Budget: Up to AED 20,000 plus commission (no family benefits)
