Senior Recruitment Consultant

Inspire Selection is a well-established, independently owned boutique recruitment agency in Dubai. We're now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Manager to join our high-performing team.

The Role

• Full 360 recruitment — end to end
• Build on Inspire Selection's existing client relationships
• Win new business and grow your own portfolio
• Negotiate Terms of Business confidently
• Attend networking and industry events
• Manage vacancies independently
• Source, headhunt, shortlist, close
• Deliver excellent client and candidate experience
• Consistently bill and grow

What We're Looking For

• Proven 360 agency recruiter (3–4+ years)
• Gravitas, presence, confidence
• UAE market experience preferred
• Commercial, driven, and deal-focused
• Strong relationship builder
• Confident communicator (excellent English)
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player
