Instalaxmi helps retail jewellers across India launch their own branded Digital Gold Apps enabling customers to save and buy gold digitally in small amounts.

With 1000+ jewellers onboard and rapid growth ahead, were expanding our Operations Team to ensure every jeweller enjoys a seamless onboarding and app launch experience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with jewellers to collect required onboarding documents.
  
• Maintain accurate client data and project status.
  
• Liaise with the sales, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Track project milestones, ensure timely progress, and prepare weekly reports.
  
• Deliver a great client experience by being responsive, organized, and proactive.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and basic Excel formulas.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  
• Enthusiastic about technology, fintech, or digital platforms.
  
• Experience in operations, coordination, or customer success roles is a plus.
