InstantServe is a growing IT staffing and workforce solutions company serving clients across the United States. We are looking for motivated entry-level Talent Acquisition Analysts to join our Mohali team and begin their careers in US IT recruitment.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our US recruitment team by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in US IT staffing and talent acquisition. Training and guidance will be provided on US recruitment processes, technical roles, sourcing platforms, and staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Learn to understand technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with US recruiters and account/delivery teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
• Track daily recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, and other performance metrics.
• Learn and follow company recruitment processes and client requirements.
• Develop knowledge of US IT roles, technologies, locations, and time zones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
