The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field and will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business success.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Advise clients on suitable motor insurance products and services based on their requirements and risks.
• Negotiate terms with clients and insurance providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of motor products, market conditions, and trends within the insurance industry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and standards in all transactions and interactions.
• Required Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of motor product offerings within the insurance domain.
• Firm grasp of various types of insurance plans (especially vehicle-related) available on the market.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
