Senior Executive - Registry Management

Role Overview:

IRMS is strengthening its middle-level management team to support its registry and share management operations and ensure operational continuity. We are looking for commerce graduates and CS Inter candidates with experience in registry services, IPO processing, and demat-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• lEducation: B.Com or Commerce Graduate
• lPreferred Qualification: CS Inter
• lExperience: 3 5 years in Registry Management / Share Registry / RTA / Capital Market operations

Key Responsibilities:

• lHandle registry operations related to equity shares and investor records
• lProcess activities related to IPO allotment and post-issue registry work
• lManage RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) related documentation and operations
• lHandle share transfer, transmission, and dematerialization (physical shares to Demat) processes
• lMaintain shareholder records and documentation
• lCoordinate with Depositories, clients, and internal teams for registry-related activities
• lEnsure compliance with regulatorySEBIand operational procedures
• lCoordination of SEBI

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• lGood understanding of IPO processes
• lKnowledge of RTA operations
• lExperience in share transfer and demat processes
• lUnderstanding of capital market / investor services documentation
• lGood attention to detail and documentation skills
• lProficiency in MS Office
