Intellect Design Arena - Senior Vice President - AI Transformation & Technology

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Technology Leader to drive AI-led transformation across Intellect's Wholesale Banking product portfolio. The role will be responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy to embed AI capabilities into our products, enabling intelligent, autonomous, and next-generation banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Wholesale Banking with strong technology leadership and hands-on exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and modern engineering practices. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Leadership teams, the individual will lead the adoption of AI across the product lifecycle while ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI transformation strategy across Intellect's Wholesale Banking products by embedding AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation capabilities into existing and new product offerings.
- Define the technology vision, architecture roadmap, and engineering strategy to build AI-first banking platforms.

- Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, platform engineering, and modern development practices.
- Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate business requirements into intelligent technology solutions.
- Champion the adoption of AI across product engineering, customer solutions, software development lifecycle, operations, and productivity initiatives.
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and business leaders at global banks to define AI-enabled technology roadmaps and support strategic customer engagements.
- Provide leadership on enterprise architecture, technology governance, security, scalability, performance, and AI best practices.
- Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and AI adoption.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evolving trends across Wholesale Banking to continuously enhance Intellect's product capabilities.
Required Experience:
- 23+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or product engineering within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong domain expertise in Wholesale Banking, including Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, API Banking, and related banking platforms.
- Proven experience driving enterprise-scale technology transformation and building modern banking platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and enterprise integration.
- Experience working with global banking customers and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technology leaders across customer organizations.
