• Act as a point of contact between customers and the company
  
• Create and implement plans to boost sales for corporate customers and WPS, achieve financial goals, and optimize profitability
• Implement strategies to increase branch transactions
• Gather market and customer information to understand customer needs
• Respond to customer queries and resolve objections to complete transactions
• Prospect for new business across assigned territories or accounts
• Assess client needs and present suitable products, services, and solutions
• Create and maintain customer relationship management data
• Participate in team goals and initiatives
• Develop strategies and plan campaigns to promote the business and generate traffic (offline and online)
• Implement marketing campaigns from ideation to analysis and refinement

  Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with vendors, advertising agencies, and creative partners
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors
• Conduct marketing campaigns and monitor their performance

• Ensure effective coordination with branches to maintain smooth operations
