Internship Details

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Remote Intern to join our remote team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern HR practices, remote workforce management, recruitment processes, and AI-assisted HR operations while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.

Mode:- Remote (Work from Home)

Duration:- 2 Months

Stipend:- Unpaid

Working Hours:- Flexible (approx. 4–5 hrs/day)

Key Responsibilities :-

• * Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social platforms
• * Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with applicants
• * Support onboarding and documentation processes for interns and new hires
• * Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• * Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• * Research and explore AI tools for recruitment, resume screening, and HR automation
• * Help create job descriptions, internship posts, and HR-related content
• * Collaborate with the team on talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives

Who Can Apply :-

• * Students or fresh graduates from any stream (HR, BBA, MBA, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields)
• * Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts is a plus
• * Interest in AI tools and modern workplace technologies
• * Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
• * Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection is mandatory
