Business Development Specialist

Were looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist with proven experience generating and converting leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn for software development services.

This is strictly a work-from-office position. Remote and freelance applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer
• Write personalized, high-quality proposals
• Manage invitations, client responses, and follow-ups
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn
• Research companies and connect with relevant decision-makers
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular reports
• Improve bidding and outreach strategies based on results

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated success in winning software development projects
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills
• Good understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI development services
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
• Strong research, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organized, accountable, and target-oriented attitude
