Job Description
The Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Team is seeking to hire a research analyst with investment experience in strategic asset allocation and investment strategy.
Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Support the investment strategy and portfolio construction teams in the creation of custom strategic asset allocation for client portfolios.
- Assist with modeling of portfolio return and risk expectations, long-term asset allocation
- Engage with the team actuary and the broader GFS team on manager research and tactical asset allocation.
- Assist in creation of materials for investment committee meetings and client presentations
- Monitor client investment performance.
- Engage in ad hoc projects and multi-asset class research.
- Engage in multi-asset class research and contribute to thought-leadership articles.
Qualifications :
You will have a B.Tech/MBA or similar degree and will have some combination of the following skills/experience :
- 2-5 years of investment experience
Rigorous attention to detail
- A practitioner’s approach to investment-problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar Direct preferred
- Excellent quantitative skills are required, in particular, the ability to analyze and evaluate numerical data and present findings
Prior coding experience in R/Python is desirable
CFA or pursuing the CFA designation
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and multitask
