Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional Technical Services Engineer to handle Technical Services functions for Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP). The candidate should have strong process knowledge, troubleshooting capability, and experience in operations, commissioning, and servicing activities.
Role & responsibilities
- Handling Technical Services functions for the assigned region
- Operation, servicing, troubleshooting of WTP & WWTP plants
- Conducting Technical Audits / Walk-in surveys of WTP & WWTP
- Supporting branch teams for installation, commissioning & project completion
- Coordinating with HO Proposal Team / Factory for:
- Modifications
- Retrofits
- Process inputs
- Major proposals
- Handling major service complaints and critical commissioning
- Providing support for major assigned projects

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel regularly across branch areas
- Ability to handle customer visits & technical discussions
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
