Position: CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager

Work Location: BANGLORE

Experience Required: In years:

Industry related experience: Experience required in projects of Industrial sales and technical products preferred/used in Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Water Purification system,

Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Tech (Chemicals/Mechanical)

Job Summary/Purpose of the role: This role is involved in the selling of WTP/WWTP to the Industrial segment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Selling of water treatment Plant / Water treatment Plants (DM, RO, UF, STP, ETP, Recycle etc.) and chemicals through dealers & Corporate key accounts in the assigned territory through channel partners
2. Identifying & appointment of suitable channel partners in the assigned Territory.
3. Hand holding & helping Channel Partners manpower to achieve preset objectives.
4. Ensuring repeat business from the existing clients and dealers of assigned Territory..
5. Achieving the sales targets

Key Skills:

a) Sales & Marketing expertise in engineering /industrial products / water treatment chemicals.

b) Demonstrated abilities in developing business strategies and customer relationship especially for industry for the assigned territory.

c) Key Account Management, Dealer Management

d) Technical skill on WTP/WWTP

e) Communication skill
