JOB DESCRIPTION

• · Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws and company policies.
• · Handle EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
• · Coordinate payroll inputs and verify statutory deductions.
• · Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
• · Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data in the HRMS.
• · Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain compliance registers.
• · Support labour inspections and statutory audits.
• · Handle contractor compliance and statutory documentation.
• · Process employee exits and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• · Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain compliance records.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, HRMS, and MS Excel.

· 3–5 years of relevant HR Compliance/HR Operations experience
