Job Description
HR Operations Executive / Sr. Executive (46 Years)
We are hiring an HR Operations professional with 4–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding, documentation, HRMS setup
- Maintain employee records, letters, compliance documents
- Manage attendance, leave, and monthly payroll inputs
- Resolve employee queries regarding HR policies, salary & benefits
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits
- Work closely with HRMS tools and improve HR processes
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance & documentation
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Experience with HRMS platforms
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
