Finance Manager

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 58 years of
• experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in
• financial operations, including payment processing, GST, TDS, income tax, and payroll,
• along with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience working in start-up environments is
• essential, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Processing:

1. Oversee end-to-end vendor and employee payments.
2. Ensure timely disbursal and reconciliation of payments.
3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
4. Manage all aspects of GST, TDS, and Income Tax including filings, payments,

and assessments.

5. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

Payroll Management:

1. Supervise monthly payroll processing, salary structuring, PF/ESI, and compliance

reporting.

Financial Operations & Controls:

1. Monitor and manage day-to-day financial operations.
2. Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and SOPs.

Reporting & Analysis:

1. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
2. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Start-up Finance:

1. Set up and streamline finance processes in a scaling business.
2. Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA,CMA or MBA in Finance.
• 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up or high-growth company.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Payroll.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho,)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, and investor relations is a plus.
