Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can take ownership of campaigns from brief to execution and loves bringing creators, brands and ideas together.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to final execution.
• Develop influencer strategies and identify the right creators based on campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, clients, agencies and brand partners.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, negotiations and approvals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with relevant insights.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, social media platforms, creator content and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and build long-term client relationships.
  

What we are looking for :

• 3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Account Management, Brand Partnerships or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for content and creators.
• Someone who takes ownership, works well under deadlines and knows how to get things done.
