Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Manager role based in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will oversee the professional growth and management of influencers and talents, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, coordinating campaigns, strategizing brand collaborations, and ensuring deliverables align with client and talent goals. The role requires proactive engagement with industry trends and the ability to foster impactful relationships among talent and partners.

Qualifications

  • Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with influencers and partners, coupled with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Project Management and Organization: Proficient in managing campaigns, timelines, contracts, and deliverables effectively and within deadlines.
  • Marketing and Digital Strategy: Knowledge of influencer marketing, talent management, social media trends, and aligning brand goals with campaigns.

    Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients, team members, and talents.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Keen understanding of analytics to evaluate campaign performance and an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt to dynamic industry trends and develop innovative approaches for talent and brand collaboration.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; prior experience in talent management or influencer marketing is preferred.
