Key Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Handle tax filings, compliance, and statutory obligations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct audits and reconcile accounts to maintain transparency.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision‑making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, payroll, and compliance processes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
