Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT services, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating staff accommodations. This role requires strong knowledge of software development services and basic proficiency in Arabic to effectively engage with regional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IT services and software development solutions to clients across various industries.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Work directly with clients in IT domains such as Java, React, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Testing, and related technologies.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Maintain and nurture strong client and vendor relationships.
• Assist in managing staff accommodation logistics for project-based teams.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate customer information.

Key Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong background in selling IT services, software development, and vendor management.
• Experience in staff accommodation coordination is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Currently based in Dubai.
• Familiarity with local business practices and market dynamics in the UAE.
