Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving Irish Experts overall marketing and brand strategy. This position oversees the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to strengthen the companys presence in existing and new markets. The CMO will lead market research initiatives, develop data-driven marketing plans, and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the marketing team, optimizing budgets, overseeing public relations and brand communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all locations and platforms. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, refining strategies based on analytics, and identifying new opportunities to enhance lead generation, client engagement, and market share.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess Public Relations expertise to manage brand reputation, media relations, and external communications effectively.
• Candidates should possess collaborative Sales and marketing alignment skills to support revenue growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in services or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional marketing teams and work effectively with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities, with experience using marketing metrics and CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
