Job Duties
We need a junior person with 2-3 years of experience. No US HR experience is required. Job duties will include but not be limited to:
- Send HR paperwork (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) and follow up with candidates.
- HR Data entry to the different company portals
- Maintaining and retaining HR documentation
- Scheduling and coordinating HR orientations and training sessions as needed.
- Answering employee queries
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Support HR managers in other related work and special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with MS Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
