About the Role:

As a Project Planning Manager CPAS, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of luxury villa projects. Acting as the central nervous system, you will coordinate between design, construction, procurement, and finance teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves managing the Project Management, tracking master schedules, performing financial analysis, overseeing resource deployment, and generating MIS dashboards to drive timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor milestones, identify critical paths, and implement corrective actions for schedule delays.
• Financial Analysis & Control: Track project budgets, forecast cash flow requirements, and reconcile cost plans with design changes. Report financial insights to senior management.
• Support & Governance: Create integrated dashboards, manage action trackers, and prepare governance packs for leadership meetings.
• Cross functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with design, procurement, contract management, and onsite teams to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or a relevant construction discipline.
• 7 to 12 years experience in real estate development or project management consulting (PMC), preferably in luxury real estate.
• Certifications such as PMP or Primavera are highly desirable.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, risk management, and delay analysis.
