About the Role

As a Project Planning Manager - CPAS supporting the end-to-end delivery of luxury villa projects, you act as the central nervous system connecting design, construction, procurement, and finance departments. Your role ensures that projects—ranging from high-end builds to fully furnished homes—are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

A PM (Project Management) Central Planning, Analysis, and Support role in Mumbais real estate sector oversees project management offices (PMO). It involves tracking master schedules, financial analysis, resource deployment, and generating MIS dashboards to ensure developers deliver residential or commercial projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction discipline.
• Experience: Typically 7 to 12 years in real estate development or project management consulting (PMC).
• Certifications: Desirable qualifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) or Primavera certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Track milestones, identify critical paths, and implement delay-recovery plans. [1, 2]
• Financial Analysis & Control: Monitor project budgets, forecast cash flows, and reconcile cost plans with design developments. Provide strategic financial and operational insights to senior management.
• Support & Governance: Maintain integrated dashboards, manage action trackers, and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly leadership reviews.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and on-site execution teams to flag bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, risk management, and delay analysis.
