Job Description
Requirements:
Provide support for the Enterprise Computing environment.
Focus areas will include operational responsibilities over:
- HP & Cisco UCS Servers.
- HP Nimble Storage .
- MS Hyper-V Virtualization or VMware (Server and Desktop)
- MS Azure
- Microsoft AD/DNS/Exchange/Office 365
- PowerShell
- Anti-Virus (MS Defender and/or SCEP)
- Enterprise Backup (DPM and/or VEEAM)
- Provide support and assistance to issues reported through Incident Management tool and/or direct request from IT associates
