We are seeking an HR Generalist with hands-on experience supporting US employees and US HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of US labor laws, employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Partner with US leadership and business stakeholders on people-related initiatives and HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, payroll inputs, PTO tracking, and HR documentation.
• Identify process gaps and implement HR process improvements.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Oversee office administration, facilities coordination, and employee workplace experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or People Operations experience.
• Direct experience supporting US employees and US HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and employee relations practices.
• Experience handling performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
• Experience with compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the IT, Technology, SaaS, MSP, or Services industry.

Preferred HR Systems:

• Workday, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ADP, Rippling, or similar HR platforms.
